Scientists say they've made considerable progress towards development of the test, which uses RNA and various other specific metabolic chemicals in the pee.




As reported in Clinical Records, scientists used RNA deep-sequencing and mass spectrometry to determine a formerly unidentified account of RNAs and nutritional byproducts, known as metabolites, amongst 126 clients and healthy and balanced, normal individuals.


The cohort consisted of 64 clients with prostate cancer cells, 31 with benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatitis illness, and 31 healthy and balanced individuals with none of these problems.
